Has gold touched and fulfilled the 4800 target in the morning? In this wave of bottom rebound, we started to follow the bullish trend from 4380. At present, this wave of unilateral increases has exceeded 320 US dollars.
So how much room does gold have to rise next? When will this rebound end, and when will a second crash begin? Let me tell you my opinion.
First of all, I need to emphasize again that this wave of rise that started from the low of $4,100 is my definition of a bottom rebound, which is a technical correction after the early unilateral drop from $5,600. Since it is a rebound correction, it is not a reversal of the bull trend, so don’t be too greedy about the recent rebound, let alone lose yourself because of the continuous rise in recent days. Always stay awake!
Although we have been bullish all the way since 4380, we are always ready to welcome the new band decline. I also emphasized this repeatedly in yesterday's live broadcast!
I said that the top structure of the daily large cycle remains unchanged. After the recent rebound, a new band of decline will start again. As for when the second big drop will start, there are two standards for reference. One is to wait for the end of this wave of rebound, such as near 4800 or 4850, and the other is to have a one-hour top structure. These are the two necessary conditions for our band to be empty!
